Hello! I’m Vasanth Srikumar Varada

Commercial Real Estate Leader (IT Parks, IT/ITeS Infrastructure), Sales, Marketing & New Business Development and Customer Relationship professional with two decades of work experience. I am a flexible, disciplined, rational, non-influential, less prejudiced, open minded, positive human who is honest and straight in approach. I strongly believe in ‘Karma’ and do not carry ‘Self-Righteousness’ in life. I have a genuine interest to talk to people around me & listen to them. Truly uphold the values in life. I thrive constantly on three core values viz, Integrity, Independence, and Identity. A bit of meditation every day keeps me stay calm. Daily introspection has helped me to live life with less baggage. I seek continuous learning, anything about people’s behaviour fascinates me. I believe I can work without compromise both in solitary & in group. I live with gratitude, for all the good & bad that happened in life – is my philosophy.

I am an individual who does not live in the perception of others nor take out time to correct those. I am liberal in my religious views. Being a perfectionist, at times made me uncomfortable not meeting deadlines, and get impatient dealing with less enthusiastic people. I strongly believe my purpose in life is to give back to society in my own way. To sum up, I see myself as an individual wired for compassion, educationally responsible and socially committed.

Work Life

I am a Strategic Commercial Real Estate (CRE) & Leasing Leader specialising in office space and land leasing for IT Parks and IT/ITeS ecosystems. With 23+ years of cross-industry experience in commercial real estate, IT/ITeS infrastructure, leasing, marketing, sales, new business development, and customer relationship management, I help organisations turn real estate assets into growth engines.

Currently, I serve as Deputy Vice President – Marketing & Customer Relationship at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, where I manage relationships with 500+ IT/ITeS companies across 12.72 million sq. ft. of office space. I drive leasing strategy, tenant acquisition & retention, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem development, delivering world-class tenant experiences and sustainable growth.
